Let's be Equal

Let's be in Peace

Let's find together balance between the Sacred Feminine & Sacred Masculine within

Let's be in Sacred Marriage with our partners

Let's protect and raise our children, the pure heart ones

Let's support our youth and our families to heal and unconditionally love

Let's be who we truly are

The beginning start with an intention ...

The ways to manifest healing, peace, love and goodness for all starts with a higher intention.

  1. Find a peaceful place and time (in nature if possible)
  2. Breathe in deeply and exhale (3x)
  3. Feel your body
  4. Realize where in your body you feel discomfort
  5. Feel the discomfort/pain
  6. Breathe into the pain or discomfort
  7. Continue breathing until the discomfort or pain feeling shifts
  8. Meet the silence within

The Path

And then by focusing on the higher Self

Our practice starts when we become aware of the power within:

by believing we live

by trusting we are connected within

by nurturing the Self

by awakening the Truth

by becoming self awared

by becoming part of All

The practice of meditation can quiet the mind and leads the attention to the Heart.

And only the Heart can awake the True Self.

When we meditate we intentionally raise the frequencies of our bodies by receiving the higher vibrations of the heart. All vibrations from our bodies are susceptible to get entangled, disharmonious during our daily experiences and challenging life. Our relationships, our way to project our believes are all related to the frequencies we share and receive back. When we meditate we find a neutral balanced space where all the disperse and incoherent ways of being separated from our true nature subsides.

To meditate is to intentionally connect with the divine rhythm of our heart natural frequency and therefore to feel peace within. Our bodies embedded by the heart higher coherence  lead our whole being to function in a higher order and intelligence.

For meditation practices you can find music, guides, tools but the intention of connection is the first step.

Becoming aware of our connection with plants and animals

The first step to realize our full potential is to being in our bodies and to observe what and who is around us.

We start by being outdoors.

Silently still, observe and feel

Be in touch with your feelings while you become ONE with the air, wind, trees, plants, flowers and animals.

As we evolve by connecting with nature we can start communicating and receiving messages.

As we disconnect from our mind pressures we can appreciate the simple and greater: the sunrise, the sunset, the wind, the rain, the moon ...

As we awaken the dormant human senses, we can experience higher dimensional levels, the portals to the Truth

The awakened soul is One with All and become part consciously of the Collective Consciousness that emanates light and peace to all around

In order to set intentions for good you can use stones, crystals and other sacred objects.

And as you follow your intuition you can create grids for energy healing.

Celebrating Seasons of the Year

Our ancestrals were deeply connected to the change of seasons, weather, time and space . While that connection was taken place, intentions of gratitude, love and joy for All were set.

If you feel the call:

Create art forms of reverence to Nature.

Perform Sacred Fire, play music, sing and dance during New Moon, Full Moon, Solstices and Equinoxes.

Celebrate Life

Sacred Geometry - Flower of Life

Since the beginning of all

Life is a sparkle of light with a geometrical pattern

That leads creation a Divine order, a higher state of consciousness.

Understanding the Sacred Geometry  leads our path to the inner and outer existence and our connection with the  intuitive understanding of all.

Practice, draw, paint and feel your emotions ...

and you will remember...

Crystals Healing

(Meditation and Protection with Crystals)

Crystals are used for spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and protection for thousand of years.

The secrets of the universe are hidden in the higher frequencies, energies and vibrations that crystals in interaction with the human body system can create.

"Crystal healing is an holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. That is, it treats the whole person and their integrated energy system. It is therapeutic and deeply relaxing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Crystals may also be laid in precise geometric patterns (grids) within the environment. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human or environmental energy field. In the context of crystal healing, illness is a dis-ease, the final manifestation of spiritual, environmental, physiological, psychological, emotional, mental, karmic, or ancestral imbalance or distress. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium. It does not imply a cure."

The Portal to the Inner and Outer Dimensions

Mandala’s are sacred pieces of artwork which are used to evoke healing, spiritual development and meditation. The word Mandala means ‘sacred circle’ and is derived from the word ‘mandra’ which means ‘container of essence’.

This circle or ‘container of essence’ is said to represent wholeness, health, connection, unity, harmony and the cycle of life. It is also said to symbolize being one with life, going with the flow and reflecting inward.

Mandala’s also contain geometric patterns which reflect and represent the geometry of the entire Universe. They usually have a focal point in the center which is known as the seed and is the starting point to the creation of the Mandala and all of life.
